Glansevern Hall Gardens – Over 25 acres of glorious gardens surrounding a Greek revival house of great elegance on the banks of the River Severn.

The Centre for Alternative Technology – CAT is an education and visitor centre which demonstrates practical solutions for sustainability.

Go Ape at Coed-y-Brenin – A wonderful tree top adventure based in the heart of Coed-y-Brenin Forest, North Wales. You’ll enjoy breathtaking scenery, tree top crossings & wind-in-your-face zip wires that will leave you and your tribe with monkey sized grins.

The Royal Welsh Agricultural Show

Maesmawr Hall Hotel has been very busy the past few days serving coffees, lunches, afternoon teas and dinners to guests on their way to and from The Royal Welsh Showground.

We were extremely pleased with the comments we received from guests staying in our accommodation who have already booked again for next year!

Now on its third day this year’s show has reached record attendance numbers of 64,769!

Get down to the showground to enjoy the sunshine and the spectacle.
